Jumonville Family Reunion

Another fantastic reunion with an outstanding turnout. Represented at the reunion were New Orleans and the North Shore, Mississippi, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia and Texas. Jim and Mickey Lewis traveled the furthest coming in from Virginia. The parking was a wee bit of a problem due to the very popular French Quarter Festival which yours truly was not aware of until a month ago. Many walked from their French Quarter Hotel locations as some us came in by way of the street car. When all had finally arrived, 30 cousins and spouses filled a private dining room at the Red Fish Grill, ate lunch, recalled memories and reconnected. The weather provided a gorgeous day for those that went on to attend the festivities at the French Quarter Festival and for those of us that boarded the street car for the ride home.
When memories were shared, your name came up and if you were not in attendance, you were truly missed.
